I’m a Scotch man. I like Aberfeldy 18, Balvenie single cask, and Kilchoman for my top 3.

I also love a Dubonnet Manhattan or a hazy IPA. Red over white wine, IMO

Recently I’ve been all about the “Boulevardier.” It’s an adaptation of a Negroni. My preferred blend: Campari, Carpano Antiqua sweet vermouth, Rebel Bourbon and a splash of club soda over ice. A couple cherries or an orange twist if I’m feeling fancy.

If you’ve got a nice collection of scotch, get a bottle of Drambuie (also technically scotch) to make the classic “Rusty Nail.” You’ll upset the scotch purists but delight your pallet

Jeppsons Malort with an absinthe chaser.

I like my taste buds how I like my wife. I DON’T HAVE A WIFE.

I’m not very sophisticated, so I generally go for a beer. I like Modelo, Corona, Blue Moon, or Spotted Cow (WI Regional). Some of the Leinkugel’s seasonals are pretty good, for a while I was obsessed with their Snowdrift Vanilla Porter. Our local brewery/restaurant makes a milk stout that I get pretty much anytime we eat there.

I have alot of good local breweries nearby. I love Me a New England IPA or a Juicy/Hazy IPA basically.

For the hard stuff? A Vodka and Juice is my usual go to

A good dry cider (or at least something with no added sugar to it…).

Alternatively, I love a good dry white wine, specifically a Sauvignon Blanc/Fume Blanc. Definitely more of a white than red person, though I do enjoy a nice spicy or jammy red (South American, especially).

    Winter: Hot toddy with Scotch.

Non-winter: Flavored vodka and Mio. In the summer, I’ll mix that with ice and blend into a slushie.
