    Roland Beainy, who reportedly grew up in Lebanon and moved to the United States in 2019, alleges in a lawsuit that he owns 50 percent of the business Trump Burger LLC. Beainy filed the suit in Fayette County on April 16 against Iyad Abuelhawa, also known as Eddie Hawa. Hawa started the original Trump Burger restaurant in Bellville.

    Nothing more Trumpian than bilking an investor out of money and then siccing the cops on him when he complains.

    Well, he’s living up to the name with all of the lawsuits. Also, trump doesn’t like that they’re using his name to make money, lol.

    • Suing partner because he gave him 65k to be a partner. Has witnesses. Partner says there was no written contract and is counter suing.
    • Landlord is suing Trump burger because he registered Maga Burger 2 months before they opened up and never told them. The landlord demanded 10k more a month added on to the 11k because they’re using “his name.”
    • The partners are suing the landlord because all of their credit card transactions started to go to the landlord.
    • Landlord is trying to take over the restauraunt as his own but the Lebanese born co-owner was detained by ICE.
    • Trump sent a cease and desist for using his name.

    Fuck Trump. That being said, you ARE actually making this up. From the article, they’re revoking the co-owner’s wife’s I-130 because they don’t have proof they lived together while married. The co-owner has not been deported and he has not lost his green card.

    -edit- There is a notice from one company issuing a lawsuit saying he was detained and had his green card revoked (June 9). He was released on bond on July 7, i.e. not deported thus far. Green card status unconfirmed.

      Take it for what it’s worth but it does say in the article that the defendant landlord, Patterson, was notified that

      Roland Beainy is currently detained by ICE and his green card has been revoked

        If you really wanna act like them, you gotta send at least 10 or 20 more examples in a few minutes. By the time they have time to fact check one, they’re hit with a few dozen more. They call it “flooding the zone with shit”.

    It’s his wife who may lose her green card, a hearing is pending.

    When my wife and I married I had to put her name on some of the bills so she can get mail proving she lives here. Put her on my bank account as well. That’s all this dipshit had to do.
