On jerboa I can’t see much atm but interstellar shows it all 🤷♀️
In short, we’d had enough of members being upset by the Manosphere jumping in and being nasty. Advantages of blahaj are…
- There’s no downvoting, so people can’t be harassed by downvote.
- There’s really heavy moderating, blahaj pre-emptively bans known trolls and has zero tolerance on discrimination.
- Ada is fantastically supportive and really cares about creating a safe space.
- With piefed we can transfer the comm.
Apologies for not putting it to a vote or giving you the heads up. I didn’t want to give the Manosphere a chance to cause issues before we went, or try to scupper the move altogether.
There are a couple of posts that vanished in the move and there’s likely to be teething problems. But I’m feeling good about there being less stress long term. Just want to say a huge heartfelt thanks to Ada for all her hard work during the move! Ada you’ve been amazing 👏 🤩 ❤️

This is still showing up for me on lazy.soci.al, is that intended? I went looking for the new link and I’m now subscribed, but I’d also suggest putting the new link in every post on the old side for a while.
Also, can someone explain Piefed and Lemmy and how they integrate? I use Voyager which I like a lot but I don’t think it works with Piefed directly yet (or at all?).
Hey proud blond! Yes it’s deliberate so people could deffo see it. The lazysoci.al comm is locked down but people can still comment on posts, good idea re adding the link I’ll start doing that.
I checked with Ada and the main apps (voyager, jerboa etc) don’t work well with piefed. This should change soon. In the meantime there’s a piefed app that showed at the bottom of the screen when I logged into my piefedblahaj account. It works well.
Tech stuff I’ve no clue and Dandelion is off for a few days. Apologies but best asking !piefed_help@piefed.social cos I’m clueless with tech.
