Considering how overall passive the US population has been since trump came into office, I don’t blame him for feeling this confident. I mean, protests are good in a working democracy. They don’t have that anymore. Time to bring out those guns they always talk about having in order to protect themselves from their government. A friend of mine made a pretty good point when he said that he was embarrassed for the Americans that they made such a fuss about George Floyd but when their very existence is being dismantled in front of their eyes, it’s crickets.
