It might, it might not, I’m kind of reliant on my psychiatrist to recommend medicine he thinks will work. I’m already on so many medicines it’s hard to deal with adding new ones.
@JigglySackles
that’s fair. it’s more of an energy crash, but it’s like I daze out at the same time. I don’t know how to describe it, but it’s like my brain just slows down a lot after I’ve eaten lunch, even if it was just a drink, even if it was substantial. I’m already on extended release, probably going to end up on another medication since the afternoon instant release isn’t working very well anymore. after the crash for a few hours after lunch I’m just all over the place doing a bunch of stuff but getting nothing done lol
@Scipitie
Oh thank you for this! I’ll be sure to make sure that my Ritalin is with food. It almost always is

My psychiatrist is fine. I’ve been in treatment for over 10 years at this clinic, and ADHD was only started to be treated 3~ years ago. I have so many medications because I’m very much disabled and chronically ill in many ways, and I don’t get the option to go “I’m going to stop taking everything for a while and then add things back in slowly” because I would die. I’m currently trialing adding a second antidepressant to see if it will help (so far no mood altering effects, probably no real effects at all yet despite dose increases). It’ll be figured out, I was mainly trying to figure out if I should be tackling mecfs or adhd.
