Disgusting… Just wait untill scammers find a way to hijack this with SEO spam and any link can potentially lead you malicious content even on websites you trust since Google can now place links anywhere.
Sounds a bit copyright infringey, but I imagine their lawyers have cleared it. Not that I’m a fan of copyright.
Funnily enough, because it’s injecting code into a website as a browser, it’s probably using a bunch of case law and positions very similar to ad blockers trying to defend their use. Which is ironic on many levels.
