What I would really love is a keyboard and monitor I can use as a portal terminal with hdmi usb connectors. Unfortunately when these types of things are made it is usually for the enterprise data center and way overpriced. If you can even find it. I often wish laptops allowed to hook the keyboard and screen to an external source with maybe a switch between the laptop as source and an external one.
Try searching for lapdock, there are some consumer-friendly priced options available.
