I clearly have never seen the music video despite still remembering the lyrics all these years later. I only got to watch MTV at my cousins’ house in the 80s though so, if it wasn’t Madonna or The Cure, I had to play catch up on music video history in the 90s. In-between episodes of Aeon Flux and The Real World.
