I’ve been thinking about this and I really don’t know, had a lover who was sort of a sex-addict autistic guy, the only thing he really cared about was getting me to feel the most intense things, and there seemed nothing he found unusual - like, I could have said “get me a clown” or something really weird and he just would have, without asking any questions. He would keep going until I couldn’t do more, and could do that several times a day. So I’ve lost count plenty of times.
