Other people’s computer usage is weird to me.
I just bookmark stuff if I think I’ll need it later, and I usually don’t even do that. Otherwise, every browser window is closed at the end of the session.
Well, what if you think you don’t need it later, but you do? I don’t trust my own judgement here!
This is why you keep a several hundred megabytes history file set to remember “forever”
Ah, but that’s for the things of which I remember later than I need them. Tabs are for the things I need later, except that I’ve later forgotten that I need them. Very important, obviously.

To bookmark all open tabs in a window at once:
- Right-click on any of the tabs and choose Select All Tabs from the context menu.
- Right-click on any tab again and select Bookmark Tabs….
- Give the new bookmarks folder a name and choose which folder to store it in.
- Click Add Bookmarks to finish.
Or just ctrl+shift+D (or equivalent non-Windows shortcut I imagine)
I found that out just by right clicking the tab and going from there, didnt know they made a whole support article for it XD
Many support articles are written by volunteers, I believe, which is nothing short of amazing.
You gotta set aside time in your schedule to deal with those tabs.

No, seriously. One time I realized one window’s tabs were nothing but porn. So I closed the whole window. 247 tabs all at once closed. That was one window. I had 22 more windows.
I genuinely have no idea how many tabs I have open.
My open tabs across two windows all need to pass muster or be closed at the start of the week.
They usually number between 4 and 12. But mid process might get up into the 30s.
Compared to many people, especially posting here, I know they are "rookie numbers" .
But who is the real rookie, the one who knows how to control their open tabs without closing all of them, or the one who can’t close a tab at all?
