Note. Those on my Friendica instance can’t access lemmy.world because the 240K requests per day coming in from Lemmy instances overwhelmed the server and the database, and I had to block Lemmy. Friendica just can’t handle it.

    It’s my favourite community! The dads here can’t do enough for you, they’re always here with fatherly advice, big hugs and kind words. They’re 100% LGBT positive as well, and the mod is really inclusive. Speaking to other people, there’s many posters that get a lot from reading the posts, they just don’t want to open up themselves. Here just existing REALLY helps people.

      Absolutely! What makes this community so lovely is that just by reading posts and comments people can feel heard and loved without the need to write anything themselves.

      I joined the community today after seeing your post earlier! I had joined on Reddit back in the day but didn’t realize a community had formed over here. Very glad to bring my dadness to this place.
