All countries should have policies like this - if a company gets caught committing crimes, executives immediately forfeit their bonuses (in addition to potential criminal prosecution if they were directly involved)

Damn that is a wild thing to just say out loud. As if all the functionally important stuff wouldnt just keep working without all the leadership. You think the people that have been working the infrastructure for years will just fall over dead if the managers disappear?

On the other, fucking nationalise them. These make no sense whatsoever to be private businesses even in some hypothetical world of ideal capitalism. They are automatically monopolies and their customers literally need their product to live. There cannot be any competition here.
