As for what the police will think if they search your moms house, you’re thinking about this from the wrong perspective.
The cops are never there in good faith. The cops are never there to get to the bottom of the real story. The cops are not an element of justice. We don’t have a justice system. We have a legal system. If the cops are already searching your place, they don’t give a shit about your intentions, your behavior, your motivation, or your innocence. They already made up their mind long before they showed up.
It doesn’t matter what they think. They’ll plant evidence if they find none. They are not above being dirty cops.
If they’re already searching your house, it’s too late.

Having ammonia, empty bottles, and batteries is a common thing. Can’t imagine it being an issue.

I’m not familiar either, but if your mom is regularly also going through lighters and somehow going through too many glass light bulbs or aluminum foil for any sane person, well it’s probably a good idea to not get supplies for your mom…
Dude or dette wth do light bulbs and aluminum have to do with it? We wrap left overs in foil.
Lightbulbs can be converted into a pipe and you would use foil to freebase it if you didn’t have a pipe.
However, this isn’t a full proof indicator; many meth heads I’ve encountered, grind it up into powder and snort it.
I’m not certain if full proof is an autocorrect swap, an intentional joke, or bone apple tea, but it’s a damn interesting one no matter what it came from
