Hanboks and kimonos are very similar. I can’t find any feature here that I could actually say distinguishes this modern take on Asian clothes as definitively Japanese or Korean.

Look up “North Korea broadcast news” and you will see pictures of her. Edit: her name is Ri Chun-hee and the outfit is a chima jeogori, a type of hanbok. Source: BBC & Wikipedia
