There was a bloody big croc cruising up the river.
He lives there all the time, You don’t go into the water here
I’m in Canada and this reminded me of my Grandma’s place, waking up in the morning to see the mist on the lake. I miss that.
Looks like a great place to go swimming!
Out of curiosity, how do you get your drinking water from the lake or river when in croc country? Bucket and a rope?
What about a really long straw?
Most experienced campers in croc country bring their own water or use a long pole with bucket during daylight hours at designated water collection points, and never go to the same spot at the same time of day to avoid creating a patern that crocs can learn.
Very quickly
Narrower parts of the creek and never the same time off day in a pattern
