I’ve been loving both Tinkaton ex (for the occasional crazy high damage) and United Wings (hits fast and hard, particularly when weakness is involved). Alas, none of them are quite the same after rotation. So for my new deck, I’ve decided on Slowking with Seek Inspiration. It won’t win me any tournaments, but it just might be able to take someone by surprise at the local shop.
I’ll start tinkering with the deck list, including Simisage - Paradox Rift and Clefable - 151. Stay tuned for the final version and post your own off-meta decks in the meantime :)
I appreciate the fact that I’m just talking to myself, but nonetheless: This is a fun deck, even if it’s rather finicky to pilot! Kyurem will occasionally wipe the board in turn 2, and Clefable makes for an interesting surprise. I’m not really seeing the appeal of Budew, will probably switch one or both of them for Simisage and/or an energy. Also, most of the deck lists on LimitlessTCG ran a couple of Reversal Energies (to attack with Xatu?). Took those out in favor of Psychic Energies which works better with Xatus ability. Fezandipiti isn’t seeing a lot of play either, though I would expect it to. Will leave it in for now.
