Also, how do you disillusion the millions of people that use them religiously?
I get the sentiment, but only a significant technologically literate society would really appreciate the need for greater control over their devices and actually possess the skills needed to modify and configure them.

And yeah, I have been in situations where I needed to drive, like helping a buddy drive a uhaul, or when another buddy passed out, I drove him to the hospital just in case he dropped behind the wheel.

I’m currently in the figuring it out stage, but man, I guess it’s hard to think of them as just people, rather than this ideal organized group that’s super efficient and well formed. It’s all just people at the end of the day. Sure, I’m just joe shmoe, but have we ever proven that people of authority are immune to error?
oh damn, I’ve never seen one in person, but I don’t really care about judgment by others, so if I could get some prescription lenses on those, that’d be ideal.
A manual focus version would be cool too. I don’t like the idea of having yet another thing to charge.

If that were the case, I would have joined a long time ago.

For me, It’s a mishmash of helpful/comedic/observational comments that I don’t care that they have sold off for use as training data.
But, I just got shadowbanned, because of my VPN or something, so they aren’t getting any more!

Like, walking is slow, cycling is around 15-25km/h on average, yet driving is 50km/h and higher, on most streets where I drove.
Having a human-scaled life, means not moving at such unusual speeds, that sure, are normal in the 21st century, but common, haven’t we proven that bigger isn’t always better, faster isn’t always beneficial?

cheap and easy? I tried running it myself and ran into several hurdles, and gave up. How did you host it? VPS? Docker? Bare-metal?
