They are not making it themselves, that is done by C Prompt Games, Paradox is only the publisher. They have published turn-based games in the past, like Age of Wonders 4, but i am not aware of a turn-based game developed by them.
I had an investigator with medic and eldritch archer archetypes. Basically going for one huge hit per round with strategic strike and enchanting arrow damage, with higher hit chance because if my devise a stratagem roll is bad i can just chose to attack someone else and have another attempt at getting a good roll. If i used pursue a lead on the target i could even use an eldritch shot and strategic strike because devise a stratagem is free in that case. And if there is no other target i have my battle medicine. It was also a useful character for out of combat healing, although that is kind of besides the focus of the post.
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and Crusader Kings 3. So it’s either a time travel episode or something like those “planet closely resembling a period of earth history” episodes in TOS. Considering there are no records of Tomàs the wise, king of Ireland and Aquitaine, probably the latter.
Started using a waterpick because of this post.
I got Backpack Hero. Played the demo on itch.io last year and i enjoyed it back then so i already planned on buying it at some point, and seeing it on sale gave me the push to actually do that. And this newer version is good, some mechanics like the curse system have been improved and obviously this version has more content.
I have an interest in both and i do think those two interests are related for me.
Becky Chambers books tend to be pretty low stakes, so you might want to check those out.
Yes, Relay. Not nearly as much as before the whole API situation, but i still use it occasionally.
The Remaster Champion is in Player Core 2, which is listed as available on their website, but hasn’t been updated on Archive of Nethys. I don’t have the book myself, but according to a blogpost (https://paizo.com/community/blog/v5748dyo6uib0?Player-Core-2-Preview-The-Champion-Remastered) about it they said they still have causes, they are just not bound to alignment anymore.
