This looks great, but also GNU Octave or Guile Lisp Scheme/Racket. Any will work on these kinds of geometric data simulations.
This is how geometrical logic systems for making simulations should work in general. They describe a core belief system based on mathematical probability distributions. You can even make the videogames Red Dwarf had in it, like their paradise and cowboy detective ones.
