21·2 months agoI decided to close the post now - there is place for any opinion, but I can see people writing things which are completely false however you look at them: you can dislike Sam Altman (I do), you can worry about China’s interest in entering the competition now and like that (I do), but the comments about LLM being useless while millions of people use it daily for multiple purposes sound just like lobbying.

I don’t mean ice tea from a bottle, I mean proper tea I make for myself at home. Nobody counts “lipton green kindatea, 2l” (although it is better than most sodas)
I kind of stopped doing it that often, but the usual cups and mugs are too small for me, so I drank te out of a 0,5 l mug. Most of the times, I wouldn’t do that in one approach, so I had some cold tea left later.

I’m also in 10+6 gang, and it’s more universal, as in a decimal system you will always have a 10 or 100 to add up to, and a “pretty” 8+8 is less usual
If you think you’re making up something now, you will be surprised. This is actually a thing, as there are “Stalin good, Purin good, Nikolai 2 good” people - they dig for historical confirmations of authoritarian rule being effective, and promote it: “let’s get ourself a tzar, he’ll take care of everything!”
