You’re telling me the population that riotted when a rapist soldier was tried, has mandatory military service, and said military is enacting a genocide, is actually for the genocide? Wow I’m shocked.

Both are true through. They are uncommon but also they are massively more common in the US. Thousands of deaths that do not occur in other countries. It shouldn’t happen.

33% liable? I could have told you well in advanced that Tesla’s marketing would result in people dying. It’s so obvious that calling something that isn’t full self driving, full self driving is insanely negligent. But Tesla has gotten away with it because oopsie we’ve evaluated Tesla’s business as being worth more than every other car manufacturer combined, can’t have anything put a damper on the money.

I guess I’m overreacting a bit for what is no doubt a win. They’ve been found partially liable here so surely that opens them up for a class action, if there isn’t one ongoing already. I imagine there are several though because Tesla has cut just about every corner.
