Not sure where you are but you might want to check local small makers/ farmers market. The soap lady at my local farmers market has the best soaps - I no longer use anything else for showering. Big ask but I’d love a translate button. Even shitty translations are OK. Sometimes content in other languages is of interest and I struggle through as best I can.

For now since it’s all new to me - I’m just subscribing to all the overlapping communities/ magazines that interest me that i stumble across. I can easily scroll past duplicates. But eventually things will shake out to preferences in community vibe and I can prune back then.

Not sure what you have or haven’t tried but there’s a strong correlation between certain types of neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and anger issues.

When my depression got out of control it was the anger issues that clued me in and got me to seek help.

If you have not discussed depression/ anxiety meds with your doctor that may be an avenue to help regulate things.
