I bet it is the same reason that I had: can’t follow or unfollow tags from official app (or atleast I haven’t found a way to do so, please help).
I am but a cog in a machine. A lazy one though.
Mastodon: @Lazycog

ukraine community over at sopuli is great if you sort by new, just trying to get more traction there in the form of people commenting. Posts for info, comments for fun.
Nevermind, cleared cache and refreshed the page and set them again to display and then hide again - you are right it’s broken. Hopefully they fix it soon.
Thats strange… works for me on latest firefox browser.
I personally liked the gold-silver awards, but felt like adding million award options really cluttered the UI. But I agree it’s a great way to get some money for server hosting.
Don’t know if you mean that profile pictures hiding should be a magazine specific setting, but you personally can hide profile pictures (and magazine logos) in your side bar settings.
There used to be direct links on plcman forums (.co.uk) but I believe they stopped maintaining the forums and none of the links work anymore. Sadly I haven’t been able to successfully find any cracks / cracked licenses for PLC software in a long time and don’t work in the automation industry anymore.
If you are working in an automation company, for siemens software you can still pretty much do the old: install on a virtual machine, move licenses, shutdown virtual machine, copy paste virtual machine -routine since the license manager still doesn’t connect to any online sources to check.
It takes awhile to get into it, but you’ll get there!
The biggest difference with syntax is that lemmy uses the !exclamation mark and kbin uses the @at sign to link communities.
AFAIK there were trolls commenting and harassing beehaw communities from .world and lemmy (I believe also Kbin) lack proper moderation tools to counter that. Supposedly it’s only temporarily blocked until those required tools are implemented.
Wow okay that’s a lot! Might have to migrate my mastodon account there. Thanks for the tip!
You could check out Calckey.social which has a limit of 4000 characters I believe. Maybe that is better for personal blog?
Some instances of Mastodon have a very large character limit (don’t know if there are instances without limits).
Edit: just pointing out, not disagreeing
You dropped… no, that was something we used to say in the old world. It’s time for a new beginning and new ways. You go, floaty handman.
It’s a slightly different syntax for accessing it from kbin: go to all magazines tab and type ttrpgs@lemmy.blahaj.zone to access the the community.
Edit: on kbin we use the @ character instead of lemmy’s ! Exclamation character:
@ ttrpgs @ lemmy.blahaj.zone
And write it all together:
I’m not a pre-migration keebinetter, but wanted to point out that kbin was published as a very early version of itself about a month ago by the user /u/ernest, Might not find many pre-migration keebinetters.
Also lmao love that the “keebinetter” sticked!
Username checks out, I was looking for pcmasterrace earlier, guess I found my new home afterall. Thanks!
Pretty much instantly subscribed to these, it was nice to find something familiar right off the bat when I registered here. Thanks!
Yes! This is exactly what I was hoping to find from this thread! Thanks!
To make this thread more active for shy/new users I’ll add another favourite:
/m/GuildWars2 for us MMO nerds!
Edit: added a proper link.
Yup! Tusky for sure, don’t know about the other apps. The official app is great but missing many features still. Give Tusky a go if you decide to try Mastodon again!
