If we take the Schwartzchild Cosmology at face value we would only ever be able to “pierce the veil” through the boundaries of our cosmos with information/radiation through the Hawking Radiation, at least if the universe containing our local singularity has similar physics at play regarding singularities and the force of gravity.

That said, you could always go “down-well” into a singularity in our universe, but surviving the event horizon as more than particle soup spaghetti is quite a challenge.

As a youth this made intuitive sense to me as I first learned about different cosmological theorems. A black hole is essentially a pocket of mass on which a set of physical properties exist that are different from its containing universe, with the boundary between different physics being the event horizon and the “Big Bang” being the initial collapse of the singularity.

Effectively there is no current consensus on the issue, though Many Worlds and String Theory are widely regarded outside their adherents as non-falsifiable and therefore not legitimate theories.

Essentially the proponents of the theory have created beautiful math that fit their view, but absolutely nothing in the real world that can show that it is a more valid theory than any of the other theories which have equally elegant math to back them.

It looks like to modules might be wider than CONEX containers, which in my mind is a necessity for these to be liveable. the width of a CONEX is too narrow after insulation and wall cladding to be practical.

That said, with modular prefab housing blocks like this the big big advantage is speed of construction, which makes it so that the financing of the building doesn’t have to cover a multi-year gap between permitting to first leases, making these buildings much more cost effective and easy to finance. This version is basically the simplest possible approach, but there are much more esthetically pleasing ways to build this type of building and keep the same advantages.

Don’t get LLMs confused with specialized ML algorithms. Hallucination is an LLM problem, algorithms like gait recognition have been honing in accuracy since way before LLMs started development. Where LLMs come into the picture is that they can act as agents, processing queries and then selecting the best fit specialized algorithm to process the data and then cross reference results from different queries to compile a correlated multidomain dataset. Done properly, this will yield not just a single answer but a list of potential answers with their relative degree of certainty.

Now AI can sort through the hours of traffick camera footage, identify your gate, and show every location you appeared on camera in the past 24 hours. It can also check cell tower records and record every cell phone that stood by the hotdog stand for more than 60 seconds, and crossreference the hardware IDs and Sim cards on those phones against carrier databases to match the walking gates of the people on camera to their name, address, SSN via credit check, and bank information.

Yes, by the traffick camera on the corner tracking your gate up to the hotdog stand, and your phone showing your location by the hotdog stand and how long you stood there. Not to mention, you just wrote that transaction down here in public.

Without mentioning the 30s and 40s, look at the Tuskegee Experiment where men were given syphilis intentionally and withheld treatment to study it’s spread in black populations. Or the San Francisco Operation Sea-Spray when dangerous bacterial were sprayed over the entire city to study it’s effects on the population. Ethical frameworks exist to prevent people from harming others in the pursuit of data, because if they aren’t prevented they will. I order to prevent this harm from being done, a clearly defined set of principles must be stated and written down so that everyone involved can have the same understanding when designing and approving studies.
