Good luck, you got this!
Been another week of pointless stressful bullshit at work for me, which eats into my real life outside of work more than I’d like. That being said, making some progress on finding a therapist (a surprisingly difficult process it seems) and also a driving instructor – almost made it to 30 without learning to drive, but the time is now!
Also starting the process of ditching music streaming in favour of Bandcamp, which has been fun. Been feeling some real nostalgia for the old days of buying tracks off iTunes!
Loved the first article, as a relatively recently out bi man, it’s always nice when I read something else that makes me feel seen, y’know?
I’m only relatively recently out, and still feeling out what label works best for me, but I like bi, it feels right. And it’s the nicest flag so 🤷♂️
One can hope, I’m keen to support whatever Christian builds next, but I think he’s not been super committal about his next moves
Apollo all the way, sad to see it go
That’s fantastic
Love that expansion for all the lore, some cool weapon/character mods to pick up too if you poke around for long enough.
Brilliant! Hope you enjoy
An absolute masterpiece I also went into it mostly blind on my first play through and it was a great time. Planning to play through again soon and pick all the most out-there dialogue options I can.
Absolutely loved Control, how far through are you? You start getting lots of really OP superpowers as you go through the game and it makes combat super fun. The expansions are excellent also.
I’m trying really hard not to get too hyped for Starfield, what with the way games seem to release these days…but damn it looks like the SciFi game I’ve always wished I could play!
Cult of the Lamb is great too.
Dorfromantik is a very chill puzzle game that runs great on Steam Deck if that’s your thing, a favourite of mine while the TV is going in the background.
If you’re into factory games I 1000% recommend Shapez, which is a shape-building game that doesn’t have the notion of grinding or currency or running out of resources. It’s immensely satisfying when you get the perfect mechanism together and you’re churning out shapes. Definitely one for mouse and keyboard though.
Definitely, had a similar experience of r/antiwork giving me a bit of a nudge to leave a crappy job where I had some similarly unfortunate conversations with management. Hope you’re enjoying the new career!
That’s brilliant, hope to see Reddit turn into nothing but a slew of super-specific protest posts.
Almost finished BG3 (at almost 100 hours on this playthrough), then planning to start Starfield!
