Social media is a terrible source for accurate, unbiased information. And memes are low quality content that shouldn’t be consumed by anyone.

Garbage tier IMO. So much worse than Gmail in terms of UI and legit email going to spam or not being delivered at all. So if you’re going to use a free one, just use Gmail.
/r/declineintocensorship and /r/watchredditdie served that purpose more so.
Google is much better. They send much less legitimate email to spam than Outlook & Hotmail. They also do have a bulk sender form. https://support.google.com/mail/contact/gmail_bulk_sender_escalation

I’m not seeing that option anywhere. Nor does it allow me to change the “weight”. I found a github discussion saying it should show up after you save the settings, but I tried that on two instances and didn’t get any unique URL.
Ah, I found it under the “cookies” tab. Needs to be more obvious IMO.
