Same for me, although Voyager can be finicky sometimes for sh.itjust.works, so I have the proton app link saved on mobile also in the same group as a backup.
Tried three or so before settling on Arctic. It does a the best job I’ve found of making the most of different iPad orientations and screen splits, and that’s the where I use Lemmy the most.
I get zero ads in boost with the method I use to block ads. And even if I didn’t, to buy it is cheap. It’s like 7$ or something. Sync is ridiculously priced compared to it and even tries to make you go the subscription model lol.
Nevermind Reddit… What’s everyone preference on best app to access Lemmy?
Voyager on mobile and Photon on desktop

Currently using Jerboa. Pretty solid experience for a pretty much bareboned app, fits material you pretty well

I love Voyager. It’s the closest we’ve come to Apollo for me and the features are great!
My number one reason for leaving Reddit was no longer having access to Apollo, so finding Voyager meant a lot to me.
I use the default WebUI in a browser.
I prefer landscape mode, haven’t found any suitable apps for that.
Any web instance of K/Mbin that hasn’t entered protracted death throes or mysteriously vanished.
Mlem as it has the best ui.

As a former sync user, thunder is the best.
I’ve tried all of them on android.
Better than sync?
Not nearly as good as boost.
If you’re using boost you might as well use sync anyway, boost isn’t FOSS either.
Sync also has fewer ads.
Sorry did I miss a mention of foss somewhere?
