Eksperci z Dowództwa Komponentu Wojsk Obrony Cyberprzestrzeni (DKWOC) opracowali i wprowadzili do użytku nowy komunikator dla żołnierzy i pracowników Ministerstwa Obrony Narodowej - Merkury 2.0.

Polish military is apparently deploying an internally built encrypted communicator based on Matrix.
