I know a lot of people are doing it and I’ve done it with Sync, but I don’t see a way to add a picture to a comment at all on Thunder.

Yeah, you can do it by links. But some other apps add it directly to the comment body without a link. You can do it on browser too I think.
I thought you just wanted at way to show images in a comment, not upload an image from local storage.

It’s all good. Someone said that the submit comment screen is getting overhauled. So maybe it’ll be there soon.
