I dunno. I bought mine because I needed a mower, it was there, and I put it in my car. Competing offerings are available. I have no idea of Ryobi mowers are actually good in any objective sense or compared to others, but I think I paid $179 for it and it’s worked well for me.

It was the most basic one they offered at the time. No self propel, and it doesn’t even have a side discharge chute. Mulch or bag only. I just run it without the bag.
I have similar discontinuities, but also plenty of extension cords and outlets.
Looks like Greenworks has cheaper offerings than Ryobi? But I’ll take your endorsement into consideration if and when my corded mower dies.
