However, I can’t help but notice that the vast majority of those calling for Alec’s head specifically are MAGA Republicans, which makes me a bit less inclined to take their side. They have some good points, but arrived at them by starting with “he’s guilty” and working backwards, which I just can’t get behind.
I think he’s got some culpability but isn’t deserving of the public execution his politically-motivated detractors want.
