Head of the so-called Russian Federation Council Valentina Matvienko explains the extension the upper limit for conscription of Russian men from 27 to 30 years by saying that it generously “gives conscripts an opportunity to realise their constitutional requirement” if they can’t do it earlier due to studying or other life circumstances.

Hard to say if the Russian men can chew on this wonderful opportunity. After all, few of them have the same gorgeous veneers that Matvienko has.
