The current definition of Photoshop Nonsense in the sidebar is very vague and the rules are nonexistent.

So let’s try to come up with something. Here’s my draft for the rules:

Yes:

  • Weird surreal image edit art
  • Other edited images, such as game / movie / cereal / whatnot cover art

No:

  • Memes
  • Politically motivated posts
  • NSFW
  • AI generated images or automatic filters:
    • Using generated images in source material is OK, but the “photoshop” part must be real human labour.

I’ll leave this discussion open for a while before committing the rules.
