When I first got my Model 3 5 years ago, the EPA “rated” range was 310 miles. Even in perfect conditions (70*F outside, no extra weight in car, driving 55 mph consistently, no launches, etc) I was never able to get more than 295 miles on a full charge. Then they pushed a software update to make the car more efficient and thus more mileage, but I saw no noticable difference. It’s now saying 279 miles on a full charge after recalibrating the battery. I rarely ever charge past 90%. I still love the car though.
