I can’t find any way to change the comments sort, and they seem to be sorted kinda randomly. Is there any way to change it?

Not that i am aware of, no. The default sort seems to be “hot” and has to be changed manually when a post is opened. Under settings there is a thing that changes post sort but it does nothing for comments
This might sound dumb, but how do you change comment sorting on a post? I’m on 0.0.32
You know, im honestly not sure. You can on web but i dont see a way to do it on the app
Ok thanks for confirming. That would be a pretty useful feature to have, but I understand it’s still an early alpha so I guess we’ll have to wait.
