Personally, I don’t get it. Foot rub sounds nice, but like not THAT nice. But I posted on a dermatology sub once and my DM’s blew up asking my gender. Just from dudes though.     I’m confused, I didn’t think foot fetish was common among men either? There is definitely a niche for everyone on the internet, but I was not aware that it was a common place interest.
