Since Lemmy and Threads are federated, how can I see Threads content? Also, is there a list of federated instances? Thanks!

I don’t think threads is federated yet. They just have plans for it.

If you’re using the website, the list of federated (or not) instances is on the menu at the bottom of each page, “Instances”.
Hmm, well sometime when I looked at that I also saw a list of explicitly blocked instances. Maybe that was on sh.itjust.works.
