The day after the party with the Tieflings. My A-button wasn’t working, so I used the context menu to talk to people. Until I accidentally clicked on Attack instead of Talk.

Lakrissa was killed by Karlach who wasn’t in my party and therefore not doing nonlethal attacks. And Halsin either died to fire damage still affecting him or you can’t go nonlethal on him.

And Alfira of all people killed Lae’zel, after she was worn down by Zevlor.

I wonder if this will be relevant at all in act 2.

There’s been at least a dozen times where I meant to switch party members and ended up attacking them instead. Really wish there was a confirmation click. I think I’ve had to hit a party member only one time ever because they were asleep or whatnot.

I tried knocking Alfira out to protect her in my durge run. But I forgot to turn on non-lethal. So now I’ve murdered two bards…

No one to blame but myself.

I had to go buy a new controller for my honor mode playthrough because my old one had developed stick drift and in my tactician run I biffed a bunch of shots with Astarion because i would put the cursor on the person to shoot and when i hit x to shoot the stick would move at the last second.

All that is to say, I feel your pain and salute you and your fallen comrades.

Funnily enough I was more or less just testing out my Steam Deck because I had just put in new hall effect sticks. And I can’t blame anyone but myself for just switching through the options.
