The Retro Lite CM4 is a passion project by two modders StonedEdge and Dmcke5, inspired by the Switch. This emulation handheld is based around the Raspberry Pi CM4 and RetroPie.
While sharing a very similar look to the Switch, this thing is been built from the ground up, with a custom machined shell, PCB, and various other components. There’s an optional custom dock with an integrated LCD, that can show the current game’s cover art.
Personally, I think this is absolutely impressive. Hats off to these guys!

Why the hell’d they make it look so much like a Switch?
I like the styling (but my hands are tiny so the switch actually works for me). I’ve got a AYN Odin for emulation and I generally really like it. The Dpad is a welcome change when compared with the switch. I still don’t understand how Nintendo didn’t put
ourout special edition joycons with the DPad on the left one. It’s still basically an extended Dreamcast/Xbox controller layout. You have that set up or a PlayStation set up with both sticks on the bottom instead as the most comfortable layouts for how many buttons games use.
The photo and home buttons are too much though. If they moved or changed the shape of those it wouldn’t look so much like a switch. .
Bruh look at that logo and tell me it’s not intentional.
Yeah that’s just ridiculous
This is not a taco!!!
Aw, man…
Hats off to them. It looks great.
