Trying to install Leantime

I’m trying to install Meantime but I’m getting the below error

[Thu Oct 19 10:21:07.073876 2023] [php7:error] [pid 558] [client 192.168.0.107:54831] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '|', expecting variable (T_VARIABLE) in /var/www/html/leantime/app/Core/Bootloader.php on line 42

I am running php8 even though the logs are throwing a php7 error…

Has anyone come across this site and found a fix ?
