This is what was described as happening for the first owner that was detained by ICE
- Suing partner because he gave him 65k to be a partner. Has witnesses. Partner says there was no written contract and is counter suing.
- Landlord is suing Trump burger because he registered Maga Burger 2 months before they opened up and never told them. The landlord demanded 10k more a month added on to the 11k because they’re using “his name.”
- The partners are suing the landlord because all of their credit card transactions started to go to the landlord.
- Landlord is trying to take over the restauraunt as his own but the Lebanese born co-owner was detained by ICE.
- Trump sent a cease and desist for using his name.
They deserve each other. The partners each other. Trump and each of them. Everyone involved.
