Heyyy, I noticed you have provided alt text with your post, however it doesn’t sufficiently describe the image.
In the sidebar under 0.5 you’ll find a link to our wiki, which contains tips and guidelines on how to write good alt text :)
WHY ARE THEY NOT THINKING OF THE FREE MARKET
WHY ARE THEY NOT PRICE GOUGING THEIR NEIGHBORS
WHAT ARE THESE PLANTS, COMMIES?!???
I am reliably informed that this doesn’t work in groups of more than ~100 people.
It’s true. That’s why forests never have more than 100 trees, flocks never have more than 100 birds, and hives never have more than 100 insects.
Well, ±10%. I saw a school og fish with 103 fish in it once, but ij my fishtank i coukd never get above 90 before my tetras would just all immediatepy rip each other to pieces in a terrible blood frenzy that turned the water pink.
It’s okay, i figured out a solution; if i just occasionally plucked one out and tortured it in front of the others or smashed it against the rocks with a hammer, i could get as many as three thousand to school together!
Eventually cracked the tank doing that though. Oopsie. Costs of docial cohesion i guess.
seizing the means of production. lol
Capitalists hate this trick
Mushrooms together strong
I’ve always thought that they shared resources to maintain their environment. If they’re growing well it might make sense to try to keep their surroundings the same; if a neighbor dies, something else may move in that isn’t as friendly.
