TLDR: UK forced Apple to stop offering Advanced Data Protection
So they are just offering plain data protection now?
They just offer end to end encryption. No encryption at rest for UK citizens.
is that different than no data protection?
Then sprinkle a little 5 eyes intelligence sharing and boom anyone can know all your encrypted information
Based Apple wouldn’t sell iPhones in UK anymore
