Yeah, being on the plane is not a great idea or look, but there not anything illegal or necessarily sexual about a foot massage for most people. I’ve had a hand massage once and it was more like a pain-relief thing, and TBH I can’t recall what the masseuse who did it looked like much less their apparent age.
