Yes, that’s true: Screenshots of the X post were authentic. In response to criticism for the post, Langford insisted “I wasn’t joking, I think it is exactly what is needed…”
The screenshot appeared in a July 26, 2025, post on Instagram (archived here), which criticized Langford, calling his post “hatred in disguise”. This is what it looked like at the time of publication:

He’s probably being prepped for a trump cabinet position after this
