Fun Fact: USCIS can see even juvenile records for the past 5 years, so if you just became 18, meaning, (example) that fight at school when you were 14 where you defended yourself against the racist xenophobia bully? That’s on record. For adult records, they could see every arrest even if it never resulted in a conviction, and could make decisions based on arrests alone. Or of they have “enough evidence” suggesting you are a drug user or drug dealer, they could make you “inadmissible”, even if there are zero arrests nor convictions.

For adult records, they can see all sealed records, expunged records, or even pardoned offenses, and make decisions based on that, and you’re expected to answer honestly, otherwise if they find out like even decades after the fact, they can just revoke any visa, green card, or even citizenship.
