A newly released survey underscores that "Americans have a solid grasp of the highly unequal concentration of wealth in the United States—and they think it's rotten."
they just said “Oh well,” and dropped the subject, rather than fight for another way. They felt they had been lied to for their vote, and when they were told they couldn’t have loan forgiveness just before the 2024 election
I don’t totally disagree with your premise, but the fact is that they didn’t just say oh well and drop the subject. They proceeded to use other statutory authority and forgave a shitload of loans, even after the incredibly stupid scotus ruling. They tried the big thing, got shot down, and then tried a bunch of little things that worked for a lot of people. Bidens biggest mistake there was respecting a SCOTUS decision, which shouldnt hold any weight until we remove the traitors currently sitting on the court.
