Is there and alternative on windows that works like Thunderbird for linux and K-9 Mail for android ?

Github or the variations like it just make it easy to look at code when publicly available.
Github is not what Thunderbird uses. They don’t even use git. https://developer.thunderbird.net/thunderbird-development/building-thunderbird/windows-build-prerequisites
