If creating a massive toxic alliance, gaslighting and discriminating are good things then yes it is very very good.
Its highly ironic to spew hate while claiming others to be bad.
I suggest staying constructive. That helps with conversations on any fedi service (and liberal use of the block button if folks dont take criticism well, wink wink)
Unfortunately there’s no other option except for ignorance but I consider ignorance immoral.
Have you looked at the Digital Public Goods Alliance at all? I don’t understand your comment here, or how it relates to the news story shared.
My comment wasn’t related to the organization. It was about the spirit of the Fediverse and how it imo actually hurts the society.
OK, you just wanted to be off-topic abusive, got it, thanks for calling yourself out.
It was on topic enough imo because of the words “public good” being present but well there goes the regular Fediverse toxicity.
Where is this hate towards Mastodon from?
From meeting all kinds of people on the Fediverse. The overwhelming majority is what I consider people with highly questionable views and destructive behavior.
If you really don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s mostly tolerance to different opinions and some characteristics such as religion. The funny thing is those people claim to be supporting inclusivity.
