Ich kenn schon ne ziemlich gute Alternative. Nennt sich LibreOffice.
Als jemand der professionell mit IONOS zu tun hatte lese ich das als “Kauft Microsoft-Aktien.”.
Ionos ist auch zum Teil amerikanisch. Ergo: Auf die Weise würde der Cloud-Act bei dem Resultat auch durchsetzbar.
Eben weil Ionos ein Bein in den USA hat, sind die bei mir aus der Auswahl von Anbietern im ersten Schritt rausgeflogen

I guess the new will also be just another wrapper around LibreOffice Online (To be fair LibreOffice Online is intended to be wrapped for integration in other stuff and not to be used standalone).
Onlyoffice basiert meines Wissens nicht auf LibreOffice. Die speichern und bearbeiten Dateien als ooxml (docx, xlsx, pptx). Ist aber trotzdem Open Source.
Kommt völlig unnötig 30 Jahre zu spät, aber: Sehr gut!
Seit die Trompete im Amt ist, freuche ich mich sogar Deutsche Produkte zu nutzen! Es gibt jetzt grössere Probleme. xD
